IndigoSpace Malang Leaders Talk 2024 in collaboration with NTT Startup Challenge was successfully held on Friday, July 12, 2024. On this occasion, several panelists were presented as speakers to provide an open opportunity for startups to strengthen synergy and collaboration. The speakers were stakeholders from various sectors, ranging from investors to government.
Taking place at IndigoSpace Malang, this activity was designed to affirm the commitment of stakeholders to their openness in supporting the role of startups in Malang with their various innovations. Opened by the Master of Ceremony (MC) and M Ziaelfikar Albaba, as Business Community Lead from Indigo, this event was presented with full insight from the panelists.
“Welcome to Indigo for the speakers and friends who are present here, this event is run for startup friends so they can pitch each other , get feedback from the experts here, from the government to investors. Hopefully we can synergize with friends, Indigo is here also as a place for friends to collaborate,” said the man who is usually called Fikar.
Sonny Hidayat, as General Manager of Telkom Witel Malang, also welcomed the presence of startups in this activity. He also opened himself up for startups to be able to utilize the facilities provided by Telkom, in the form of a forum and collaboration programs such as in Indigo, to internet access and resources that he has as a policy maker to be able to help startups develop their businesses.
“We from Telkom are also very open to friends who want to ask anything, make us as informants. While there are people, please use this opportunity to pitch to each other to the resources here, we have resources from many parties, many connections, so please use it. For example, if there are friends who want to reduce the cost of startup needs by joining funding programs and others, please use us here,” explained Sonny.
In addition to Telkom, this event also invited the government represented by Pandu Yanuar Sulistyo as Head of the APTIKA Division of the Malang City Communication and Information Technology. On this occasion, Pandu explained how the role of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology to startups as concurrent collaboration partners can be carried out by the central/regional government.
Pandu explained that Malang City has a high commitment in the digital field. Various services have been synergized digitally with various websites or one integrated application (Malang Mbois), to make it easier for the public to access government services. For startups who want or need to join a corporation, Malang City Kominfo is open to help.
In addition to the government, Indigo Leaders Talk 2024 also invited investors such as Trihill Capital represented by Jesslyn Gunawan and NTT represented by Rudy Kosashi to provide spirit, insight, and information related to their openness to investment opportunities for startups, from funding to opportunities for startups to connect with the global market. In addition, information was also provided from Rudy Kosashi, NTT’s representative, regarding the 2024 Startup Challenge competition which can be participated by startups from various industries.
After the insightful sharing session from the panelists, it was continued with a pitching session from the startups present. Here is a list of the startups:

The startups briefly explained about their innovations and what products they offer. In this pitching session, the startups had the opportunity to get feedback from the panelists.
